The Rozmai Ukrainian Dance Company is inviting applications for the part-time position of “School of Dance Director”. The position will commence on May 1, 2012. The ideal candidate will have an extensive Ukrainian Dance background with previous Management experience.
Primary responsibilities include but is not limited to; Hiring and Managing Staff, Organizing Registration, Writing, Editing and Formatting all Communications as well as acting as the primary Liaison between the Artistic Director, Wardrobe Manager and Facilities Manager.
This position requires a highly motivated, energized individual, who is highly detail oriented and skilled in building relationships. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills are an asset.
