Request for Proposals: 2017 Christmas Card Artwork

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress is seeking to work with a visual artist for our annual Christmas Card mailing.  Our mailing goes out to thousands of Canadians, including donors, supporters and dignitaries. We also use the artwork as part of our seasonal advertising.

We are seeking artwork which represents the Ukrainian Canadian experience including the traditions, celebrations and symbols of the Christmas season.

Requirements:

Artwork must be original from the artist and legally available to reproduce in Canada.

  • Please submit a cover letter which identifies your name, address, telephone number, fax number, and email address.  Identify the representative responsible for your proposal.
  • Please outline the pricing, including invoicing procedures for the services being propose.

The evaluation of the Proposals will be conducted by the Ukrainian Canadian Congress and you will be contacted if you are selected as a finalist.

All information provided by or received from the Ukrainian Canadian Congress in connection with this RFP shall be treated as confidential and not used for any other purposes.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to select a proposal that is not scored the highest or does not have the lowest cost, and to refuse any proposal that does not meet the specifications.  The Ukrainian Canadian Congress may cancel this request for proposals at any time after issuance and will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in the preparation and/or presentation of a proposal.
