“Lemkin on Genocideof Nations” - Download Here

A piece by Raphael Lemkin (1901^1959) on the genocide of Ukrainians perpetrated, according to Lemkin, by the Soviet authorities between1926 and 1946. This document was kindly brought to our attention by RomanSerbyn, Proffessor of History at the University of Que¤ bec at Montreal, who alsosupplied a transcript of the original text and wrote an introductory note.
