On Sunday, December 5, 2010, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) presents Ukrainian Heritage Day, a full day of family fun celebrating Ukrainian heritage with themed arts and crafts, scavenger hunts and live performances you do not want to miss!
What: Ukrainian Heritage Day Rizdvo: A Christmas Celebration
When: Sunday, December 5, 10am to 4pm
Scavenger Hunts 10am to 4pm:
The first 50 kids to return with all the correct answers win a prize
Ukrainian and Christmas themed arts and crafts 11am to 4pm:
-create your on Vertep, traditional Ukrainian Christmas Star
Digital Gallery Presentation 10:30am, 11:30am & 3:30pm:
Shaping Canada: Our Voices, Our Stories
Live performances 1pm to 2:30pm:

– Canadian Bandurist Capella
– Prolisok Vocal Ensemble
– Ukrainian Academy of Dance
Food Studio and c5 menus will include delectable Ukrainian treats between 11am and 4:30pm. Enjoy,cabbage rolls, perogies, Ukrainian honey cake and Ukrainian Christmas pudding!
