April 2, Sat. 9 pm on. The University of Ottawa Ukrainian Students’ Club
participates again in the Eastern European Block Party. Several clubs
participate. European food and merchandise for sale! The Ukrainian Club will
sell perogies and pickles. Everyone welcome! Cover charge $5. At “1848” Bar,

April 3, Sun. 2 – 3 pm. The Ukrainian Radio Program on CHIN 97.9 FM
features interviews with Frederick Lavoie of La Presse, winner of the
Shevchenko Foundation Syrnick Journalism Award, and Dr. Christine Turkewych,
Director of the Literary Awards program.
April 5, Tues. 6:30 pm. UCPBA (Ottawa) presents a seminar on Making
