Holodomor Awareness Exhibit – UCC-Saskatoon Branch is preparing a display at Bishop Filevich Ukrainian Bilingual School for the entire month of November.
This display in the entry showcase of the school will feature two big flags, the Canadian flag and the Ukrainian flag.
Beneath the flags will be three rows of black flags – 33 in total. The flags are in graduating heights from front to back.
As well, pictures and articles that have been featured in the past will be displayed. Booklets will be given to all teachers so that they may incorporate the history/awareness of the Holodomor in their individual classes.
