On August 18th, 2012, over 2500 Ukrainian scouts from around the world will meet in Lviv, Ukraine to celebrate 100 years of the founding of Plast, a Ukrainian scouting organization that has been active in North America for more than 50 years and worldwide for 100. The Lviv Branch of the organizing committee founded in 1995 with some 2,000 members, has produced a commemorative CD entitled “Pry Vatri” (“By the Campfire”) – containing 18 songs to celebrate this event. These 2,500 CD’s will be donated free of charge to each of the participants so that they may bring home and enjoy Ukrainian scouting songs with friends and family all over the world. The organizers of this recording request your financial support in making this project a reality, since the funds needed to manufacture these discs are not yet available.
