Liberal MP Ralph Goodale asks the Government of Canada about the situation in Ukraine and calls for it to move beyond general statements to concrete action, including sending official observers, providing expedited visas for those who need to leave the country for their personal safety and target its leadership with personal sanctions, including travel bans and asset freezes, to push them to stop their anti-democratic behaviour.
