UCC Launches #KoliadaCampaign
Each year, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) embarks on a fundraising campaign to support the leading voice of the Ukrainian community in Canada. We are a volunteer-driven organization which serve 1.3 million Ukrainian-Canadians, contributing to Canada’s rich multicultural fabric.
We encourage you to participate in our online Koliada campaign and spread the warm holiday cheer. Your financial support directly impacts the community and enables us to continue to work on issues that are so important to you and our Ukrainian Canadian community, such as the preservation of our language and culture, immigration, multiculturalism, Holodomor Awareness, support for Ukraine as it defends against Russian aggression and many others.
How You Can Be Involved In The #KoliadaCampaign
- Share your favourite koliada, christmas recipes/traditions at ucc@ucc.ca. We have a rich variety of Ukrainian-Canadian content online, and we would love to showcase this throughout the month of December on our Facebook page and email subscription.

Thanks to your work and your resolve, we as a community have been able to secure an unprecedented level of support for Ukraine from the Canadian government. The last year has seen several high-level delegations, including Prime Minister Trudeau, visit Ukraine. Also, Canada has committed millions of dollars in humanitarian and non-lethal military assistance to Ukraine.
Our accomplishments would have been impossible without your selfless contributions and financial support. Our plans for 2017 and beyond will be successful because of your continued support.
