International Women’s Day 2019

In 1975 the United Nations declared March 8 International Women’s Day to promote women’s rights.

On this day, we pay special tribute to the Ukrainian Canadian women who have enriched our community through service in all walks of life.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress takes great pride in the fact that women occupy leading positions throughout the organization, including on the Board of Directors, Provincial Councils, local branches and in our member organizations.
