Since 2015, 200 Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel have been deployed to Ukraine on Operation UNIFIER, Canada’s training mission in Ukraine.
Op UNIFIER has provided training to over 30,000 Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) and Security Forces personnel, greatly enhancing the UAF’s battle readiness and ability to defend Ukraine from Russia’s invasion.
The UCC is organizing Holiday Cards for the Canadian soldiers deployed on Operation UNIFIER, as a sign of respect and gratitude from the Ukrainian Canadian community for their service to Canada and assistance to Ukraine.
