UCC seeks a seasoned executive with demonstrated credibility in both public policy and revenue leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of progressively senior leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in national-level advocacy, public policy, or government relations.
- Proven track record in major gift fundraising and revenue growth
- Experience reporting to and partnering with a Board of Directors
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments with volunteer leadership
- Post-secondary degree required; graduate degree (public policy, law, business, or related) preferred
