As part of the XXVII Triennial Congress of Ukrainian Canadians, we are excited to host both a Vendors and a Community Art Exhibit. These spaces will showcase the creativity, talent, and entrepreneurship within our community and provide delegates and visitors with the opportunity to discover unique products, services, and artistic expressions.
Vendors: Open to businesses, artisans, and organizations who wish to share their work and connect with Congress participants. Applications are required, and space is limited.
Art Exhibit: We invite artists to submit their work for inclusion in our curated exhibit. Submissions should reflect themes relevant to the Ukrainian Canadian experience, heritage, and identity. Detailed submission criteria and guidelines are available in the application form.
Whether through commerce or art, these opportunities allow participants to contribute to the Congress experience in a meaningful way.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (“UCC”) invites emerging and established artists to apply to showcase their work during the UCC Triennial Congress, taking place at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre Toronto, Ontario.
This inaugural open call welcomes submissions in all drawing and painting styles and techniques, and sculptural works providing a vibrant platform for bold, original work.
UCC is excited to explore the meaning of the Triennial Congress theme of “Resilient Together” and its interpretation by Ukrainian Canadian artists.
Artists are invited to submit 1-3 works of art related to the theme.
Thank you for your interest in showcasing your work at the UCC Triennial Congress, taking place in Toronto from November 14–16, 2025.
In addition, volunteer artists are an essential part of making this exhibition a success. We invite you to contribute two hours of your time to assist guests and conference attendees viewing the exhibition. We are grateful for your submission and look forward to working with you at this important gathering of the Ukrainian Canadian community!

We are pleased to invite applications for Vendors at the XXVII Triennial Congress of Ukrainian Canadians. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your products, services, or initiatives to delegates and visitors from across Canada.
Two vendor categories are available:
Corporate Vendors – for businesses and professional organizations
Community Vendors – for artisans, non-profits, and community groups
Application Deadline: October 15, 2025
Space is limited – early applications are encouraged.
