The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) is pleased to announce the addition of two new members of the staff team working for the community across Canada.
Anastasiia Lazarchuk, is the new SUSK National Coordinator working both with the UCC and Ukrainian Canadians Students’ Union (SUSK). Originally from Kyiv Anastasiia brings with her a diverse skill set and a passion for communication, social media, event coordination, graphic design, and technology. With significant experience as a Team Leader of the Event Team at HedgeHog company, Social Media Manager at Level Media Agency, and Graphic Designer at Katari Imaging, she has made impactful contributions across various sectors.
Additionally, Anastasiia is active in the community, volunteering as an event coordinator at the Ottawa Design Club and as a graphic designer at the Ridne Radio Ottawa, all while endeavoring to promote and share modern Ukrainian culture and traditions.
Following an extensive search, UCC is pleased to announce Yana Nechyporuk has started work as our new Executive & Program Assistant. Originally from Kharkiv, Yana is a recent graduate from the Business Administration & Financial Planning Advanced Diploma program at Seneca Polytechnic, currently pursuing a BS in Economics at NTU Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, and a BA in English Language and Literature at Karazin National University.
Yana’s dedication to the community and active involvement in humanitarian organizations underline her commitment to working for the benefit of the Ukrainian community. Her passion for public policy, journalism, and related fields, alongside economics, reflects her eagerness to contribute significantly to the development of the Canadian and Ukrainian communities, making a tangible difference in various aspects.
