The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) was honoured to host a farewell reception for Her Excellency Yuliya Kovaliv, Ukraine’s Ambassador to Canada, yesterday in Toronto.
“The last three years are some of the most turbulent, tragic and heroic in Ukraine’s history, as the Ukrainian people courageously defend the freedom of Europe from Russia’s genocidal war of aggression. Ambassador Kovaliv served Ukraine skilfully and strategically during her three years of service in Canada,” stated Alexandra Chyczij, National President of the UCC. “We were privileged to work closely with Ambassador Kovaliv and the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada in securing Canadian support for Ukraine.
